What are Facebook Lead Ads?

One of Facebook’s newest ad formats, Lead Ads generate high-quality leads for your dealership right inside a user’s newsfeed. When someone clicks on your ad, a customizable form pops up to collect pre-filled contact information. From there, it’s one step for your customer to submit the lead!

Making it this simple and fast for your audience to submit a lead — eliminating the need for them to venture outside of their precious social media apps — is a game-changer, and our dealers have seen a great deal of success with them so far.


But What’s The Problem?

Facebook does not support direct CRM integration with any automotive CRMs, which causes a major flow issue for you. Facebook takes your leads and puts them into a .csv file that your social media admin has to find, download, and then manually add to your CRM — many times a day since you’d want to respond to them quickly — which is a serious time-sink for your team that limits your ability to scale your campaigns.

A few companies have popped up solely to bridge this gap between Facebook and your CRM, but their service is costly.


So What’d LDM Do About It?
